Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)
A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.
Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
Also note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.

We have a very strict No Pet policy due to extreme allergies, and a strict 4 person max occupancy policy. These will be monitored closely and enforced.*

About the Owner
My husband and I have been coming to enjoy all that Hochatown has to offer for many years and making wonderful memories with our family. All those adventures inspired us to buy a place of our own to allow us to continue making memories with our family. This place has been our own personal escape from our busy lives in the city and we have loved bringing the kids up on the weekends to enjoy boating, tubing, fishing, hiking and just relaxing by the campfire looking up and the never-ending stars. Being able to buy our own little getaway cabin here has been a dream come true for us and we are so thrilled to share it with all of you.Location
