Hosted by Dream Weaver Properties, this 400 square foot cottage is just a stone's throw from the legendary Lake Texoma. Close enough to enjoy all that the lake has to offer but far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility. Tucked away down a private road and surrounded by forest, a soothing woodland retreat awaits. Small families and couples with a passion for the outdoors will feel at home with a well-equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, and an awesome outdoor area complete with an "Instagram worthy" patio area and huge deck with comfortable furniture for dining and lounging, a fire pit, a big screen Smart TV and a hammock for afternoon naps. If your plans include fishing or boating, head .5 miles down the road to the Buncombe Creek Marina for waterside fun and adventure! No boat, no problem. There is a swimming beach just down the road at Jurassic Park that is accessible to the public for free.
Our tiny cottage has two sleeping lofts. The master loft offers a Queen size bed and a cozy electric fireplace for ambiance and the guest loft offers a full-size bed.
The outdoor living on the covered rear patio is a first-class experience bringing the comfort of the indoors outside. Comfortable outdoor living furniture creates a wonderful space to spread out and relax during rain or shine. Enjoy the sounds of the surrounding forest and the occasional deer sighting as you cook out on the well-appointed grill. After dinner, catch your favorite show on the big screen Smart TV or enjoy some star gazing in the moonlight while relishing in the warmth of a campfire at the firepit (starter amount of wood provided) and bask in the glow of the twinkling party lights.
Ample parking available for multiple cars or boats in our large circle drive. Additional parking is also available in front of the shop building for your convenience. Large metal shop and smaller outbuilding are locked and not part of this rental offering.

About the Owner
My husband grew up fishing at Lake Texoma and had so many wonderful memories of his adventures here. All those stories inspired us to buy a place of our own about 10 years ago to continue making memories with our family. This place has been our own personal escape from our busy lives in the city and we have loved bringing the kids up on the weekends to enjoy boating, tubing, fishing, and just relaxing by the campfire looking up and the never-ending stars. We added the tiny home so others could come and experience our little paradise and make memories of their own.Location
